So the national park on the Saturday was pretty tough - thats nothing compared to the ride on the Sunday! we went for the intermediate / experienced course around manly damm because it looked like there'd be some nice views - it was a good 3 hours of prety tough and technical mountain bike trail! this was a nice rock we stopped on for lunch and an action photo of my best mountain biking!
